Support is available at your facility or ours, by phone, online, or through our Remote Diagnostics system, available on most of our instruments. Service and ISO accredited calibrations are also available for our Analyzers.
Phone and internet (e-mail) support through our USA Service and Support network is included with every instrument purchased from us free of charge. Features such as Preventive Maintenance Packs, on-site visits, may incur additional charges.
